Our story
We've only ever built one thing: voice.
Since 1995, our team has built carrier-grade voice systems for the companies that live on the phone — mobile carriers, banks, insurers, and financial-services firms. We powered the auto-attendant, voicemail, and IVR platforms that Nortel, Ericsson, and Siemens shipped, and we had speech recognition running in production in 1999 — before “voice AI” was a phrase anyone used.
Three decades taught us something the new wave of AI companies hasn't learned yet: automated voice is only worth building if it's reliable enough to carry millions of real calls — and useful enough to actually resolve them. So we own the entire stack, end to end, with no wrapper around someone else's API. That's why StrattoVoice doesn't just answer; it reaches into the systems that run your business and finishes what the customer called for.
