These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and subscription services provided by Stratto Technologies, Inc., operating as StrattoVoice ("StrattoVoice," "we," "us," or "our").

By using or subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Service Overview

StrattoVoice provides cloud-based AI voice and messaging services, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and automation tools.
We may enhance or modify the Services to improve reliability and features.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe until canceled.
Payments: You authorize recurring billing through your chosen payment method.
Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Trials: Any free or promotional trials are provided "as is" and may be changed or ended at any time.
Price Changes: We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any pricing adjustments.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate laws or third-party rights using the Services,
Engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful recording,
Attempt to access or disrupt systems without authorization,
Misuse AI or telephony features for deceptive activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We employ strong encryption and cloud security controls to protect data.
Your data remains yours; we only process it to provide the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

StrattoVoice relies on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment, analytics, and communication services).
These vendors process limited data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
We are not liable for failures caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and AI models used in StrattoVoice are proprietary to Stratto Technologies, Inc.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your business.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of our technology.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or network interruptions may occur.
We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

StrattoVoice shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 12-month period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrattoVoice, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime via your dashboard or by contacting support.
We may terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or operational risk.
Upon termination, access ceases and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under AAA rules.
You waive any right to participate in class actions.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice.
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
